Default deer hunting southwest of wickenburg

is there any deer in this area? are they hard to find, i want to do archery here. Should i just find some kind of water source and follow it maybe? thanks for all your input.

Josh, be careful, the area you described is in Unit 42, which no longer has an archery hunt during Dec. Don't despair, it's been over-run with hunters due to being so close to the Valley. Reports during the past general rifle hunt, had people swarming all over that area. Having said all that, you might want to find an alternate plan...

best thing I can say is start looking at maps for places that might be good. then get out there and find a high point, start glassing and keep glassing til you find something. good luck
