Default Vortex Customer Service

Gotta say, WAY IMPRESSED with these folks!

I sent an email on last Tuesday asking what I should do to get my diamondbacks warrantied as the eye relief cup would not twist up any more and some of the coyote brown coloring was turning blue (3 year old glass).

The next day on Wednesday, I recieved an email with instructions.

I sent the bino's in via UPS on Thursday. They arrived there on this past Monday. I had confirmation that they sent me new ones on Wednesday for delivery this coming Saturday!

Now THAT'S customer service!

Man, if only all companies still had this level of CS, I wouldn't get my undies in a bunch and my BP up so often!

Great glass and awesome CS! Kudos.

I also had a great experience, and have never heard of anyone having a bad one.

Ya, I wasn't too worried about the discoloration, it was the eye relief cup not turning. Man, that'll give you a headache quick!
